dopts 5G TDD N77 band (3800-4200MHz) design with GaN material and 48V±5% (45.6-50.4V) power supply, integrated cavity filter and dedicated DPD coupling port (FB port), supporting 100M source bandwidth and 10-100MHz carrier bandwidth for wideband 5G signal transmission.
Realizes high-performance UL/DL dual-channel work, with DL output power ALC-stabilized at 42.5dBm (tested at 35.8dBm), UL P1dB at 10-17dBm, Tx-Rx isolation ≥55dBc and TDD switching time ≤2.5μs, meeting customer’s fast-switching special requirements.
Complies with strict RF performance standards: ACPR tested and qualified for both 20M/100M source bandwidth (20M: ≤-38dBc without DPD/≤-50dBc with DPD; 100M: ≤-36dBc without DPD/≤-50dBc with DPD), EVM ≤3.5% (@PAR 10dB), and in-band ripple ≤2.5dB for stable and high-quality signal output.
Equipped with comprehensive RS485 monitoring and multi-protection functions, including over-power/over-temperature/VSWR alarm, precise detection of power/current/voltage/temperature, over-temperature auto-shutdown at +85℃ (recovery at 65℃), and strict VSWR detection and protection to avoid instrument damage.
Features excellent out-of-band performance with high suppression capability (up to ≥74dBc in 6000-7200MHz band) and compliant spurious emissions for ANT/LNA_OUT ports; compact size (120×105×36.3mm) with 4 connectors (ANT-SMA, others-IPEX), CMOS3.3V Tx-Rx control interface, and wide working temperature range (-40~+55℃) for easy integration and industrial-grade reliability.
